East Pizzas were already on board with us as a client when they decided they wanted to expand their wholesale offering, having a stand-alone site that emulated the feel of a ‘second business’ for wholesale orders.
When we began working on their wholesale site, they already had their branding from their B2C website, and they wanted their new site to mirror that look and feel.

What We Did.
We wanted to create a website for East Pizzas Wholesale that had all the credibility they already had with the existing B2C offering, but make it clear this new site was solely for B2B wholesale customers or those who wanted to order in bulk.
Here’s how we did it:
- Site Design & Build: We designed and built a dedicated wholesale site that mirrored the look and feel of their existing website, whilst clearly targeting a different audience with a different intent.
- Leveraged Existing Rankings: In order to transfer the existing credibility to the new site, we ensured there was a seamless navigation between the B2C site and the wholesale website to capitalise on traffic and reduce churn.
- New Brand Identity: We designed a wholesale logo for East Pizzas Wholesale and used a clean, modern colour palette that aligned with the existing site's look and feel.
- On-Site Purchasing: Rather than having forms or enquiries for wholesale orders, we made it easy to purchase products directly on the website. By doing this, we reduced customer churn and made it simple for individuals to buy East Pizzas Wholesale products, even in larger quantities.
- Transparent Pricing: We included clear, competitive pricing, including purchase discounts allowing customers to feasibly find not only the relevant products, but also the pricing.
- Reduced Barriers: To make it easier for potential customers to try before they buy, we offered sample packs, allowing individuals to try the product without any upfront investment.

- Flows and automations to ensure the correct touchpoints. From educating customers to nurturing them to purchase. We did this through audience segmentation and automations designed specifically for those who wanted to purchase wholesale or in bulk.
- User-friendly pages that allow for the purchase of products directly through the site without any additional steps.
- Clear copy that highlighted the difference in service from their existing website.
