SweetTree is a respected home and live-in care agency offering personalised support to individuals with a range of needs, from companionship to dementia care, and more.
Facing challenges with acquiring new clients and recruiting high-quality care professionals, they turned to The Good Marketer’s team to improve conversion rates and lower their cost per acquisition (CPA) for client leads and recruitment efforts.

What We Did.
To tackle the challenge of attracting new clients and care professionals, we implemented a strategic paid search campaign via Google Ads to drive high-quality leads while optimising the cost per acquisition.
We used a data-driven approach to help us refine our target audience. As a result, we created a better, seamless user experience and designed and launched a bespoke PPC landing page. Our team identified that a well-optimised page would be a key opportunity to improve conversion rates for Google Ads traffic. The results only proved us right. We also ran A/B tests comparing our new page to SweetTree’s existing one, which clearly demonstrated the uplift in performance.
Throughout the campaign, we consistently refined ad messaging and implemented ongoing optimisation to monitor performance, improve our bidding strategies, and maximise efficiency.
While working together with SweetTree over the course of 3 months, we delivered:
- 37.58% reduction in CPA
- 408% increase in CVR from a new landing page
- 35.77% overall improvement in conversion rate
- 116% more conversions resulting in 344 more leads that year
