The client wanted to scale up their ad spend across Meta whilst maintaining a healthy cost per conversion. They needed a team that could devise a strategy to effectively increase ad spend whilst maintaining a strong ROI.

What We Did.
The client sought assistance in scaling their advertising spend across Meta platforms but lacked a clear strategy. With a focus on maintaining a low CPA and limited prior testing of creatives, the initial challenge lay in setting up effective ad campaigns. To address this, we prioritised extensive testing of demographics, ad copy lengths, and creative variations.
To overcome the broad targeting approach and optimise performance, we structured around 10 ad groups, blending interest and lookalike targeting to maintain control while reaching specific segments. Leveraging the client’s rich purchase conversion data, we created lookalike audiences to identify new high-value customers. By gradually transitioning budget allocation from existing campaigns to ours, we minimised performance fluctuations and ensured a seamless transition. Furthermore, we prioritised user-generated content (UGC) creatives to enhance ad performance, capitalising on their proven effectiveness within the account.
